Our “Racing Standard” kart radiators are made by the exclusive technology “Lightened Aluminium” and assembled by “CAB” brazing processes that give them first level characteristics of hardness and performance.
All water radiators KART RACING “STD” made by Lightened Aluminium technology, are equipped with side plates, which are welded and riveted four mounting brackets with increased thickness, specially prepared for connection to the kart radiator frame supports (not included).
This particular processing, gives to the kart radiators unique qualities of resistance to vibrations, making it also suitables for mounting on any type of kart with liquid-cooled engine.
All water radiators KART RACING “STD” are available on request with Electrostatic powder coating treatment (thickness: 3micron)
The special powder treatment, gives the kart radiator a high surface resistance to debris impact, without interfering with the heat exchange performance which remain entirely unchanged and on the top.
